Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your package. This applies to all our products purchased on our website as long as the product is in the same condition as when you received it. More information can be found under the terms page.

My ring does not fit - can I change size?

Yes, it is of course fine to change size. To initiate the process of changing size contact our customer support.

How do I return a product?

All returns are made through our customer service are initiated by you as a customer contacting our customer support.

Can I change my ring to a different colour?

Yes, it is fine to change color. To initiate the process of changing colour contact our customer support.

Do I have to pay for returns/exchanges?

Returns or exchanges do come at a cost for you as a consumer. The amount is the cost of two stamps for international mail. If it is regarding an exchange the shipping from us back to you again is of course still free.

How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?

It really depends on the time it takes for your package to make it back to us.

So if we say the inital shipping time to you was 3-5 business days. Then it would take the same time for the package to reach us.

If it is an exchange we usually take one day to process it, then we'll ship it back to you the next day. Which will lastly take another 3-5 business days to reach you again.

Shipping and Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

Our shipping cost is €3 EUR. On orders over €25 EUR we offer free international shipping. Or shipping is also climate compensated by us.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time is highly dependent on where you live. We ship our rings directly from us in Sweden, so the closer to Sweden, the faster the delivery.

Usually, delivery times range from 3-5 business days in Europe to 5-10 business days intercontinental.

Specific shipping time for your country can be found in the checkout.

How do I receive my package?

Your package is shipped as an envelope and therefore arrives directly in your mailbox. If you don't have a mailbox or it is too small for the package, you will receive an delivery notice and can pick it up at your nearest postal office.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping through the use of the postal system.

How are the rings packaged?

Our packaging is, of course, also eco-friendly, and the rings come in a small cardboard box within a small cardboard envelope. It definitely should fit in all standard size mailboxes.

Ring size

What do your sizes look like?

We currently offer three different ring sizes: S, M and L. These sizes are based on the inner diameter of the ring which is: S = 16.5mm, M = 18.5mm, L = 20.5mm.

How do I know my ring size?

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods we use are standard card payment + Amex, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

We also have some specific localized payment methods like:

  • Klarna for Europe
  • Swish for Sweden
  • iDEAL for the Netherlands
  • Bancontact for Belgium

Is your payments secure?

We primarily use Shopify Payments, which is a secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and hold merchants accountable.

We also use PayPal checkout, which is very secure and gives you, as a consumer, full purchase protection.

Can I buy now and pay later?

We offer, through Klarna, a buy now pay later plan available to consumers in Austria, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

What currency is the store in?

Our store primarily operates in Euros (EUR), but we also provide the convenience of local currency transactions based on your browsing location.

Other

What does "all rings are unique" mean?

When we say that all rings are unique, we mean that each ring has a unique color pattern and therefore there is only one ring that looks exactly a certain way. This is due to the melting step in our manufacturing process.

Can I be allergic to your product?

There are currently no studies that indicate that you can be allergic to HDPE-plastic.
